Dan R. Littman

Dr. Dan R. Littman is a Professor at New York University Grossman School of Medicine, with primary appointments in the Departments of Cell Biology and Pathology. As the Helen L. and Martin S. Kimmel Professor of Molecular Immunology, his research focuses on the immune system's role in physiological processes like tissue repair, neurological synapse pruning, and metabolic regulation, as well as its connections to microbiota, autoimmune diseases, and neurodegenerative conditions.
