Dan Phillips is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Microelectronic Engineering at RIT's Kate Gleason College of Engineering. He holds a BS from SUNY Buffalo and MS/Ph.D. from the University of Rochester. His research focuses on Effective Access Technology, developing assistive healthcare solutions through interdisciplinary collaboration.
