Dan Crawforth

Dan Crawforth is a Lecturer in Media Production at the School of the Arts, York St John University. He has extensive freelance experience in video production, specializing in camera operation using advanced equipment such as drones, Ronin stabilizers, glidecams, polecams, and motion control rigs. His post-production expertise includes Avid Media Composer and Adobe After Effects for editing and effects compositing. Additionally, he utilizes Adobe Photoshop for 2D design, GIF creation, and social media content production.

Since forming his own production company in 2012, Crawforth has collaborated with firms like RBCreate, Orillo Productions, Skyline Images, and Bold Move, delivering content for high-profile clients including Nike, Rugby World Cup 2015, Jack Wills, and Dulux. His work spans diverse projects requiring technical versatility in both production and post-production domains.
