Dan Brady is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Birkbeck, University of London, within the Centre for Brain and Cognitive Development. His work focuses on motor control, learning in neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., Developmental Coordination Disorder), and functional brain network differences in affected populations. He holds a PhD from Goldsmiths, University of London (2016), where he studied neural correlates of motor learning using EEG and TMS.
Currently, he contributes to the London Down Syndrome (LonDownS) Consortium, a multidisciplinary team investigating links between Down syndrome and Alzheimer’s disease. His role involves experimental design and data analysis for the infant and toddler research stream.
His research integrates behavioral and neuroscientific approaches to understand developmental disorders, with a focus on translational insights for interventions.
