Dalya Ismael is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering Technology in the Department of Engineering Technology at Old Dominion University, affiliated with the Batten College of Engineering and Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech.
