Dr. Dale Stairs is the Associate Vice President for Student Life and Transformation, Director of the ClayStone Certificate, and Director of the Crandall-Acadia BTh Partnership at Crandall University. He holds a PhD from the Free University of Amsterdam and has been part of the faculty since 2014.

Dale teaches Mission Praxis at Crandall University and oversees the Intro Praxis, Junior Praxis, and Senior Praxis courses in the Crandall-Acadia BTh Partnership program. His research focuses on youth and young adult discipleship, particularly within the context of the Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada.
