Dale Sheptak

Dr. Dale Sheptak serves as Associate Dean of Graduate Business Programs and Professor at Baldwin Wallace University's James M. Hull College of Business. With advanced degrees from the University of Leicester (D.S.Sc., M.Sc.), he brings 25+ years of sports industry experience including founding two sports-related companies.

Sheptak's research investigates sport management, labor economics, and security practices in sporting events. His work examines stadium safety protocols, economic impacts of sports venues, and workforce development challenges.

Recent publications analyze security frameworks for sports venues, crime patterns around stadiums, and labor market disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sheptak is an active member of NASSS and NASSM professional organizations.
