Dale Kirby

Dale Kirby is Associate Professor in Memorial University's Faculty of Education, specializing in higher education policy. He previously served as Newfoundland and Labrador's Minister of Education (2015-2018), implementing province-wide kindergarten and leading comprehensive education reform. His research examines student pathways, retention challenges, and equity interventions in post-secondary systems.
