DERYA ATABEY

Assoc. Prof. Derya Atabey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Preschool Education at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University's Faculty of Education. She holds a PhD in Preschool Education from Gazi University (2014) and has served in academic roles since 2005, including Research Assistant positions at Hitit University and Gazi University. Her research focuses on preschool education, child development, and family-school collaboration, with over 20 peer-reviewed publications. She has led projects like the Preschool Social Skills Support Program (TUBITAK-funded) and developed assessment tools for teacher-parent communication. She actively contributes to academic journals as a referee.
