Cyril Brom

Cyril Brom is an Associate Professor at the Department of Software and Computer Science Education, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, Prague, with office N 208 in the IMPAKT building.

His research focuses on:

• Multimedia learning mechanisms (animations, simulations, video games)
• STEM education, especially primary computing curriculum development
• Social sciences learning outcomes including attitude change
• Augmenting materials to boost intrinsic motivation

As a core member of the Advanced Multimedia Learning Laboratory, he supervises student research and develops instructional applications targeting educational efficacy.
