Cynthia S. Teel

Cynthia S. Teel is a Professor at the University of Kansas School of Nursing and serves as Associate Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs. She earned her PhD from the University of Arizona and has been instrumental in advancing nursing education models.

Her research focuses on expanding educational capacity for nurses using emerging technologies like virtual and augmented reality simulations. Current projects include rural nursing education initiatives supported by HRSA grants.
