Cynthia Jasper is the Vaughan Bascom Professor of Women and Philanthropy and Professor of Civil Society & Community Studies at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She holds dual appointments in the School of Human Ecology and the Department of Civil Society & Community Studies. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, retail management, women’s leadership in philanthropy, and succession dynamics in family businesses.
