Cynthia Hardy

Cynthia Hardy is a Laureate Professor at the University of Melbourne, leading the Department of Management and Marketing since 1998. She pioneered organizational discourse research, focusing on power dynamics, qualitative methodologies, and socially relevant issues like HIV/AIDS and environmental policy. Her work bridges theory and practice, with notable contributions to understanding chemical toxicity discourse (e.g., DDT studies).
