Crystal Haskell-Ramsay is a Professor of Biological Psychology at Northumbria University, serving as Postgraduate Research Lead for the Psychology Department and Deputy Lead of the Health and Wellbeing Group. Her research focuses on nutrition's impact on cognition and wellbeing, with expertise in neurocognitive effects of dietary compounds like (poly)phenols from coffee, cocoa, berries, and nuts. She leads undergraduate teaching in Health Psychology and supervises students at all academic levels.
