Prof. Dr.-Ing. Cristóbal Curio is a Professor of Cognitive Systems at the Faculty of Informatics, Reutlingen University since 2014. He also serves as Prodekan for Research. His academic career includes roles at Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics (2004-2013) and Ruhr-University Bochum. Research focuses on cognitive architectures, deep learning, and experimental methodologies applied to robotics, computer vision, and biomedical engineering.
