Cristobal Lehyt

Cristobal Lehyt is an Assistant Professor at Cooper Union's School of Art, working across multiple media with international exhibitions at institutions including the Whitney Museum, Queens Museum, and Shanghai Biennale. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and completed studies at Hunter College and the Whitney Independent Study Program.

His artistic practice explores conceptual frameworks through multimedia installations and contextual interventions, with works presented in over 10 global cities. Recognized with prestigious fellowships, Lehyt contributes to contemporary discourse through exhibitions addressing spatial, cultural, and political dimensions of art practice.
