Crista Lopes is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), affiliated with the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences. She serves as Director of the Master of Software Engineering Program and previously led the Institute for Software Research. Her research focuses on software engineering, programming languages, and distributed virtual environments.
