Craig Tokuno

Dr. Craig Tokuno is a Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at Brock University. His research program focuses on the neurophysiological and biomechanical control of human movement, particularly how the central nervous system manages postural and locomotor tasks.

His investigations examine how aging and neuromuscular deficits affect movement mechanisms. Through experimental studies, he analyzes how physiological systems adapt to maintain balance and mobility under various conditions.

Professor Tokuno teaches courses in biomechanics and motor control. His work contributes to understanding movement disorders and developing interventions for mobility challenges across the lifespan.
