Craig McCormack is a Lecturer in Digital Architectural Design at the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning. His research focuses on architectural theory in microgravity environments and creative design practices. He holds degrees from Curtin University, University of Western Australia (UWA), and is nearing completion of his PhD.

Research & Teaching
His interdisciplinary work bridges architecture with space exploration, exemplified by his collaborative book chapter 'D(o)omed Interiors' in the award-winning Antarctic Resolution (2021). He has taught architectural design, animation, and technology, winning a 2020 teaching excellence award. Past leadership roles include Head of Architecture at UWA (2019-2022).

Professional Experience
Prior to academia, McCormack worked as a designer at Syrinx Environmental and co-founded felix. Laboratories, a multidisciplinary studio (2011-2022). He co-directed Australia's 2014 Venice Biennale team and spoke at TEDxFulbright Perth (2018).
