Dr. Cortny Stark is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling and Human Services at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). She holds multiple roles including:
- Coordinator for substance use/recovery counseling programs
- Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative Fellow
- Project Director for SAMHSA's substance use disorder education initiative
