Corey Brady is an Associate Professor at the Department of Teaching & Learning and Associate Dean for Research and Outreach at Southern Methodist University's Simmons School of Education and Human Development. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, alongside degrees in English Literature (MA) and Pure Mathematics (MS).
Dr. Brady's research focuses on mathematical and computational modeling from a constructionist perspective, emphasizing collective learning and STEAM activity. His work includes design-based research on block-based programming environments and embodied participatory simulations.
