Conrad Harpham is a Researcher at Loughborough University, affiliated with the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences and the Lifestyle for Health and Wellbeing research group. Previously a gym instructor and physical education subject leader, he transitioned into academia with an MSc in Sport and Health Sciences (University of Exeter, 2020) and a PhD (University of Plymouth) focused on high-intensity interval training for Parkinson’s disease patients.
