Prof. Dr. Conny Melzer is a Professor of Inclusive Education with Special Consideration of Special Educational Support at the Faculty of Education, University of Leipzig since April 2021. Prior roles include Professor at the University of Cologne (2015-2021), Acting Professor at the University of Bremen (2014-2015), and research/teaching positions at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and University of Leipzig (2005-2009, 2004-2005). Her work focuses on inclusive teacher training, school diagnostics, collaborative learning methods, and support strategies for students with learning disabilities.
