Connie Workman

Connie Workman serves as Associate Professor of Nursing and ADN Chair at the University of Pikeville, where she is board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Her educational background includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Educational Leadership from American Sentinel College of Nursing and Health Sciences (Post University), complemented by a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Kentucky.

Research focuses on wellness behaviors and stress management within psychiatric mental health nursing, emphasizing evidence-based strategies for mental health promotion and educational leadership in nursing curricula.
