Concha Bielza is a Full Professor of Statistics and Operations Research at the Department of Artificial Intelligence, Technical University of Madrid, since 2010. Her academic journey began with an M.S. in Mathematics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1989) and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Technical University of Madrid (1996), where she received the extraordinary doctorate award.
