Colleen Winters is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at Towson University. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences-Cancer Biology from Mayo Clinic and Foundation, an M.S. in Zoology from Oklahoma State University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
