Colin Harvey

Professor Colin Harvey is a Visiting Professor at Manchester Metropolitan University. He is a Senior Narrative Designer at Sony VR and a writer specializing in digital storytelling, transmedia narrative, world-building, and shared storyworlds. His career spans both academic and industry roles, including work with Rebellion Developments on the Sniper Elite franchise and contributions to To Play For’s storytelling platform. Harvey has written licensed tie-in fiction for major franchises and authored the academic book Fantastic Transmedia (Palgrave 2015), which examines crossmedia storytelling in science fiction and fantasy.
