Dr Colin Christie is a Senior Lecturer (Scholarship) in Modern Languages Initial Teacher Education at the University of Aberdeen's School of Education, and serves as Director of Education for the School. His academic career includes roles at University College London Institute of Education and the University of Cumbria.
Education: PhD in spontaneous learner target language talk in languages classrooms. Research focuses on modern language teaching methodologies, pupil use of target language, and integrating meaningful content into language lessons.
