Colette Taylor is Professor and Founding Director of the Center for Social Transformation and Leadership at Seattle University's College of Education. Her scholarship examines leadership development in marginalized communities, organizational inclusivity, and equity-focused institutional change.
With 14+ years of higher education administration experience, Taylor analyzes how universities can reconfigure structures to support underrepresented groups. She developed models for inclusive leadership practice that bridge academic and community settings.
