Colette Savage is a Lecturer at the School of Education, University of Aberdeen. With a background in computer science and secondary teaching, she transitioned to mindfulness research and practice, integrating neurobiology and Eastern wisdom. She holds qualifications including a BSc in Computer Science for Business, PGCE in Teaching, and MSc in Data Communications and Networking.
