Dr. Clinton T. Moore is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Georgia’s Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources, affiliated with the Georgia Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit (USGS). His career spans over three decades in wildlife ecology and management, with roles at USGS, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and state agencies. He holds a PhD in Forest Resources from UGA (2002), an MS in Statistics from NC State (1986), and a BS in Forest Resources from UGA (1982).
Research focuses on structured decision making, adaptive management, wildlife population dynamics, and conservation biology. Notable projects include tortoise reintroduction studies, invasive species management in native prairies, and population viability analysis for endangered species.
