Clemens Kerschbaum

Clemens Kerschbaum is a PartTime Lecturer at the Department of Knowledge Management within the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he has taught courses on knowledge-based management and organizational learning since 2017.

His research focuses on the interplay between aesthetic perceptions and strategic decision-making in complex environments. By examining how aesthetics influence inside-out strategy development (aligned with Nonaka & Takeuchi, 2021), he explores leveraging individual strengths to create sustainable corporate strategies.

His academic background in business law, combined with a specialization in Process & Knowledge Management, has shaped his interdisciplinary approach to understanding organizational dynamics through aesthetic and strategic lenses.
