Clay Moltz

Dr. Clay Moltz is a Professor in the Department of National Security Affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School with a joint appointment in Space Systems. His research addresses space security, nuclear strategy, and regional security dynamics in East Asia and Russia. Publications include six books on space policy and security, with current work examining conflict risks in cislunar space.
