Claudio Favi

Claudio Favi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Systems and Technologies Engineering (DISTI), University of Parma, Italy. His academic career focuses on mechanical engineering, sustainable design, and industrial systems, with extensive teaching experience in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Design for Food Systems programs across multiple academic years (2017/2018–2025/2026).
