Claudia Mitchell

Claudia Mitchell is an Assistant Professor affiliated with the School of Humanities at the University of West Georgia, part of the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. She teaches courses in American Literature and Professional & Technical Writing.

Research Interests: Her work centers on American Literature, with a focus on historical and contemporary literary analysis. She also specializes in Technical Writing and Professional Communication, emphasizing clarity, structure, and practical application in professional contexts. Additional interests include Rhetoric, Writing Studies, and interdisciplinary approaches to literary and technical communication.
