Claudia Lega

Dr. Claudia Lega is a Lecturer in Psychology at Newman University’s Faculty of Arts, Society and Professional Studies. She holds a PhD in Psychology from Staffordshire University (2022) and a BSc/MSc from the University of Bologna. Her research focuses on health promotion, older adult well-being, and stress management in healthcare professionals.
