Claudia Irti

Claudia Irti is a Full Professor of Private Law at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, where she has held this position since May 2024. Previously, she served as an Associate Professor at the same institution from March 2015. Her academic affiliations include membership in the Elenco speciale dei professori universitari a tempo pieno of the Council of the Order of Milan (since 2014) and participation in the Ethics Commission of Ca' Foscari University. She is actively involved in editorial boards for journals such as Computer Law & Security, Nuove leggi civili commentate, and Jus civile.

Research Interests: Claudia's work spans Private Law, with a focus on Family Law, Data Protection, and Legal Gaps.
