Claudia Doblinger

Prof. Claudia Doblinger is an Associate Professor of Innovation and Technology Management at the TUM Campus Straubing for Biotechnology and Sustainability. She holds a PhD in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Regensburg and completed postdoctoral research at Harvard Kennedy School. Her career includes visiting research roles at the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Cambridge, as well as industry experience as a project manager for digitization at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH.

Her research focuses on the intersection of public policy, technological innovation, and sustainability, particularly in the (bio)energy and transportation sectors. Key themes include the impact of political incentives on firm innovation, entrepreneurial behavior in cleantech startups, and regulatory frameworks for digital health innovations.
