Clark Cory

Clark Cory is an Associate Professor at Purdue University's Purdue Polytechnic Institute with a focus on architectural and construction graphic communication. He has dedicated over 30 years to teaching Construction Graphics and developing Building Information Modeling (BIM) courses at Purdue.

• Education: Associate of Applied Science in Building Construction Management, Bachelor of Science in Technical Graphics, and Master of Science in Education Computing from Purdue University.

His research centers on integrating Construction 4.0 technologies—such as BIM, IoT, AR/VR, AI, and 3D printing—into curricula to align with industry trends. He explores AI's potential for personalized learning and workforce transformation in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector.

Clark collaborates with industry partners like Holder Construction, Saterfield & Pontikes, and over a dozen AEC firms to advance construction visualization and smart house technology. He actively participates in professional organizations, including the BIM Coordinators Community, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE).
