Clare Sharp

Clare Sharp is a Research Fellow (Qualitative) at the Usher Institute, School of Population Health Sciences, College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, University of Edinburgh, specializing in primary medical care using qualitative methodologies.

Her research spans Primary Medical Care, Qualitative Study, Drinking Behavior, Person-Centered Care, General Practice, Healthcare System, Treatment Outcome, and General Practitioner, with emphasis on alcohol outreach services and person-centered approaches in primary care settings.

Affiliated with the Centre for Population Health Sciences and Centre for Biomedicine, Self and Society, she contributes to the PaCCT research group focusing on population health sciences and primary care innovation.
