Claire Workinger

Claire Workinger is an Instructor of Oboe at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Washington University in St. Louis, with concurrent performance roles in the United States Air Force Band of Mid-America and Midwest Winds woodwind quintet. She has previously taught at the University of Mary Washington and University of North Texas.

• Active in both modern and Baroque oboe performance

Her research interests include woodwind performance techniques, historical performance practices, and music pedagogy. Claire has performed with prestigious ensembles across the USA and maintains a professional focus on instrument maintenance and adjustment.
