Ciprian Radavoi is an Associate Professor of Law at the School of Law and Justice, University of Southern Queensland. He holds an LLB from the University of Bucharest (1999), an MAsianStudies from Lund University (2008), and a JD from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE, 2014). Prior to academia, he served as a diplomat in Asia and Africa. His expertise spans International Law, Human Rights, Global Governance, and Jurisprudence. He has authored numerous scholarly works, including Australian Law in Context, and has been actively involved in supervising doctoral and master’s research in areas like distributive justice and legal advocacy in ASEAN regions.
