Ciciretti Rocco

Rocco Ciciretti is a Full Professor at the Department of Economics and Finance of the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where he teaches courses on Financial Market Models and Applied Finance. He previously worked as a Financial Economist and assistant policy advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and as a Research Associate at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Lally School of Management.

Key projects include analyzing the ESG premium, systemic risk in sustainable finance, and mortgage switching costs.

Current research trends emphasize the intersection of ESG factors with financial stability, network resilience in fund structures, and behavioral aspects of household financial decisions. His work has been published in journals like Journal of Empirical Finance, Physica A, and Journal of Banking and Finance.

He coordinates the GRINS PNRR project and leads the Prin 2022 project on sustainable finance resilience. Affiliated with the CEIS Research Center, he contributes to quantitative finance workshops and policy discussions at institutions like CONSOB and AMASES.
