Ciaran S Phibbs

Ciaran S Phibbs is a Professor (Research) in Pediatrics (Neonatology) and by courtesy in Health Policy at Stanford University. He is affiliated with the Maternal & Child Health Research Institute (MCHRI) and holds administrative roles in multiple VA Health initiatives, including Associate Director of the VA HSR&D Health Economics Resource Center and VA Women's Health Evaluation Initiative.
