Chynette Nealy

Dr. Chynette Nealy serves as Professor of General Business, Marketing and Supply Chain at the University of Houston-Downtown. With over three decades of experience, she specializes in business communication pedagogy and organizational development. Her teaching portfolio includes multiple sections of BA 3350 Business Communication across semesters since 2020.

Research focuses on business communication, workplace pedagogy, and collaborative learning frameworks. Current research trends examine stakeholder collaboration and soft skills development.
