Dr. Chun Zhou is an Assistant Professor of Biology in the Department of Natural Sciences at Mercy University’s School of Health and Natural Sciences. He holds a medical degree and Ph.D. in Immunology from Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS/NIH). His research focuses on telomere regulation in Drosophila melanogaster, molecular genetics, and innovative biology education methods. Dr. Zhou has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles and collaborates with institutions like the University of California, Davis.
