Christopher Sadorge

Christopher Sadorge is a Lecturer and PhD candidate at the Department of Education, University of Oslo (UiO). His research focuses on professional learning, digitalization, and the collaborative development of technology in healthcare settings.

• Teaching: Courses include PED4405 (Field Data Collection in Organizations), PED4401 (Knowledge Development and Workplace Learning), and PED4491 (Master’s Thesis in Workplace Learning).
• Research: Using ethnography, he examines how healthcare workers from diverse institutions co-design technologies to improve patient flow and inter-organizational collaboration. His work emphasizes the competence requirements and organizational changes in digitized healthcare systems.
