Prof. Sir Christopher Pissarides is the IAS Helmut & Anna Pao Sohmen Professor-at-Large at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and Regius Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is also the Professor of European Studies at the University of Cyprus and Chairman of Cyprus's Council of National Economy.
