Christopher Peil

Christopher Peil is a Senior Lecturer at Staffordshire University within the Faculty of Health, Education, Policing and Sciences. He has a background in exercise and fitness, with qualifications in sports medicine, sport rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and clinical exercise physiology. His professional experience includes working with elite athletes such as Olympic medallists, world record holders, and international footballers, alongside roles with the NHS, Wigan Warriors, and the National Institute for Health and Care Research.
