Christopher Njunge

Dr. Christopher Njunge serves as Associate Professor and Department Chair of Business Management and Organizational Leadership at California Lutheran University's School of Management, concurrently directing the Organizational Leadership program for the Bachelor’s Degree for Professionals Program.

His academic credentials include:

• PhD in Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University
• MBA from California State University at Northridge
• M.S. in Information Systems from California Lutheran University

Research centers on organizational leadership, information systems, and arts entrepreneurship, enriched by extensive industry experience in Financial Services and Software Industries. His work explores practical applications in Mobile Banking, Business Intelligence, and Organizational Design, emphasizing cross-cultural leadership development through projects spanning the U.S. and Africa.
